Syunsuke Yamaoka, representive of Access Journal, entered the site of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant illegally with a helping hand of the worker there and found Yakuza gangs arranged jobs there, especially jobs inside the buildings which would make the workers’ life get at stake and that the relationship between Yakuza gangs and TEPCO had got closer than that before the accident.
And he wrote a book ‘Fukushima Daiichi Genpatu Sennyuki(Book of Infiltration into Fukushima Daiichi Nuke Plant)’ about that with interviews with three workers working there.

内容要旨
1) 21歳の福島の労働者が心筋梗塞で死亡。報道されず、警察による解剖さえ行われていない。
彼は自宅で亡くなったが、3月から7月まで福島の工場で働いていた。
2) 人々の注意が1号機～4号機に向かうなか、5号機、6号機が危険な状態にある。
日立の技術者が対応し、一旦沈静化に向かったが、現状は隠匿されている。
東京や岩手でヨウ素131が検出されている。
3) 最悪の汚染地帯では、およそ1シーベルト毎時またはそれ以上であり、”未登録の”労働者が強制労働させられている。
彼らは大阪のダウンタウンなどで集められ、使い捨ての労働者として扱われている
友人の一人は3号機に行かなければならなかった。
彼がその一帯を見たときには、
1～2Sv/hの瓦礫であふれていたが、翌朝には完璧に綺麗になっていた。
それは非常に繊細な作業となるため、人の手で行われる必要があった。
使い捨ての労働者が死ぬまで監禁され、労働を強制され、”行方不明”として扱われていた、と言う。
4) 警察は20キロの領域の境界内の警備は放射線のレベルを知らされていないこと。
(およそ100μSv/hの地を佐久間氏と友人が訪れた時）
多くの警官がなくなり、その死は決して報道されないこと。
5) 皆が福島に住むことを諦めなければならないとしても、真実を知ることを切望している。
50年後に知らされたのでは、遅すぎる。
6) 放射線のモニタリングポストの一部は取り去られている。
7) 地方自治体は、汚染レベルが”低い”と市民に報道するため、実際よりも低い値の汚染マップを提示している。

TEPCO announced on Aug 1 that 184 workers woking in Fukushima Daiichi Plant afetr the accident were missing.
It is said that in Nishinari area in Osaka, where lots of day laborers live, Yakuza gangs collected workers for reconstruction of Fukushima.
